Reservation Policy

We look forward to your visit. Kindly be aware that we only hold tables for 15 minutes past the booking time. If you are running late, please give us a call and we will do our best to help out.

If you have any special requests or specific dietary requirements, please inform us ahead of your visit by filling out the relevant section when making your reservation.

Our terrace tables are not bookable and they operate on a first come first serve basis.

Dogs are very welcome to join us, but only on our Ground Floor.

We require credit card details to secure your reservation for groups of 6 or more guests and we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of the booking time and no-shows will incur a charge of £25 per person.

For parties of more than 12 guests, kindly contact our Reservations team at reservations@bellazul.co.uk to view our group menus and drinks packages. For 12 to 30 guests we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. For parties of more than 30 guests we require 72 hours notice for cancellation or for any amendment to the party size. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the total number of group menus booked. Please note that we also require the final number of guests to be confirmed within the above time windows, otherwise the number of group menus originally booked will remain chargeable.

Celebration cakes are permitted with a cakeage fee of £6 per person (0ur team cannot be held responsible for any health and safety issue related to food not produced in house).

The corkage fee is £50 per bottle.
